1.Shampoo:

Type of shampoo depends on your scalp. So it is very necessary to wash your hair with shampoo depending upon your scalp. It is a myth that over washing makes your hair strong but instead sometimes it becomes the reason behind hair fall. Make sure your shampoo doesn’t contain these chemicals such as sulfate, paraben, and silicon, etc.

2. Conditioner:

Condition contains an amino acid that prevents your hair from falling. At the same time, it makes your hair smooth also.

3. Diet and Exercise:

If you want your hair rich in all the necessary nutrients such as plenty of iron and protein. Exercise is a must. Not only exercise, but it is also very necessary to have a balanced diet too.

4. Chemical Treatments:

Nowadays women keep experimenting more on their hairs such as straightening, coloring, perming, etc. It is also advisable to avoid blow dryers or curling rods on your wet hair as it evaporates water from your hair shaft and make them brittle and increase the hair fall chances. In case, if you really want to blow your hair then keep your heat setting low. Try to use a fortifying leave in conditioner if you want to use chemical on your hair and finish all this with protective spray.

5. Oiling:

Blood circulation is improved by oiling and at the same time, it also nourishes the roots. It is very important to massage your tresses once a week with oil and wash it after two hours with a mild shampoo.

6. Two many styling products:

As too many chemical products are very harmful to your hair. So provide al the chemicals products as I mentioned above. You can try some home made recipes instead of these chemicals products such as Egg mask, Licorice root, coconut milk, green tea, beetroot juice, yogurt & honey, aloe vera, fenugreek seeds, onion juice, amla and many more.
